Buffet-Style Menus

Buffet style menus are a great option for your rehearsal dinner or wedding reception because they create a friendly, social atmosphere for your guests.

Combine the charter rate along with any of the Buffet Menu Packages listed in the left column to create your cruise.  A la carte items can enhance any of our packages or can be used to create a custom menu.  Buffet menus provide mostly standing room on the boat (with limited seating) to provide a social atmosphere.

The listed capacities are general guidelines for most of our private cruises where food and/or beverage packages are being purchased. Outside entertainment (DJ or band), requested seating capacity, special equipment for presentations, wedding cake and gift tables, etc. may result in the need for a larger vessel. Setup time for the above mentioned extras are not included in your rental time. If your event requires a lot of setup time, additional time will need to be purchased.

Menus are available Monday-Sunday with a start time between 3:00-10:00PM. Time restrictions may apply to certain dates. 5.6% sales tax, 18% gratuity, and $100/hour fuel surcharge are additional.
