Still have some questions?

Below are some frequently asked questions, if you can't find the answer you are looking for. Please contact us. Or click here for more frequently asked questions.

  • Do you offer group rates for your cruises?

We feel that it's fair to keep our ticket prices affordable for parties of all sizes. Therefore, the prices of our cruises are the same for any size group, whether it's 2 or 25.

  • I'm celebrating a birthday on your boat. Can I bring a cake?

Our general admission cruises (Margarita Fiesta, Late Night Party, Happy Hour, Milwaukee Beer & Brat, Fish Fry & a Boat Ride) that provide mostly standing room are not appropriate for bringing a cake because there are no reserved tables for any specific party and you will most likely end up holding the cake for the majority of the cruise. These general admission cruises provide a party-atmosphere perfect for birthday parties, but it's best to save the cake for after the cruise at a place where you can sit down at a table. If you opt for a seated cruise (Classic Dinner, Thursday Dinner, Saturday Dinner, or Sunday Brunch), you will be able to have your cake right at your table since these cruises provide reserved seating for each party.

  • Is there a way to reserve tickets in advance without paying for them?

The only way to reserve tickets is to purchase them in advance. We do have a 72 hour cancellation policy for all of our reservations, which allows you to cancel and be refunded or reschedule your cruise as long as it is done 3 days prior to your reservation date.

  • I'm celebrating a birthday and want my friends to join me on a cruise, but I don't want to pay for everyone's ticket. How can I organize my group?

As the group organizer, you should be the first person to purchase your tickets for the cruise of your choice on the website. You will have the opportunity to create and name your group and then invite your guests through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or email. You will also have the opportunity to keep your group private or make it public so that people can see your group on the website and purchase tickets to join your group.
