| Edelweiss Ticket Office
 Most public cruises require that an advance reservation be made. We will take walk-up reservations for sightseeing, margarita fiesta*, and late-night party cruises*. Cruises during our peak season (June, July, & August) do have the potential to sell out, so it is best to make a reservation. This can be done via our online reservation system, via telephone, or at our ticket office with one of our reservation agents.
*Margarita Fiesta and Late Night Party Cruises are $5.00 more when purchased at a walk-up basis and require all passengers to be 21 or older with valid ID.
All reservations made online or over the phone can be cancelled 72 hours prior to the cruise date. Reservations are held under the purchaser's name until the day of the cruise.
Passengers for the Brunch Cruise, Historic Milwaukee Sightseeing, Thursday Happy Hour, Margarita Fiesta, Late Night Party Cruise, Caribbean Pirates Cruise, V100 Party Cruises, Milwaukee Beer & Brat, and SIN Cruise will depart from 205 W. Highland Ave.
Passengers should arrive at our ticket window 20 minutes prior to departure time to pick up their tickets.
Passengers for the Classic Dinner, Thursday Dinner, Saturday Dinner and Cheese & Wine Cruises will depart from Port of Call Bistro and Beer Garden at 106 W. Wells St. Passengers should arrive 20 minutes prior to departure time and will be checked in prior to boarding the vessel.
Online Reservations
Tickets can be reserved online 24 hours a day. Simply click on the "Public Cruises" tab at the top of the screen, select the type of cruise that you would like, and then click on the date that you would like to attend. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express as online payments. Once an online confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to set up the account.
Reservations by Phone
Reservations can be made over the phone using Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. The full amount of the cruise must be paid at the time of reservation. A reservation agent can be reached by calling 414-276-7447.
Our current office hours for reservations are:
Opens at 9:00am Monday - Friday
Opens at 10:00am Saturday & Sunday
Closes after the last cruise of the night departs
Ticket Office Reservations
Reservations can be made in person at our ticket office using cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. It is best to call in advance to make sure that there is availability on the cruise you are interested in.
