Cancellation Policy

Public cruise tickets may be cancelled 5 days/120 hours hours prior to the cruise date. The purchaser has until **5 days prior to the cruise date to cancel a reservation and be refunded in full minus a 3% credit card processing fee to cover credit card transaction fees. If you are within the 120 hour window for your cruise, your tickets can no longer be changed or refunded. 

**Due to special circumstances regarding the preparation of the event, Dinner With A View Cruises are subject to a 7 day cancellation window. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of cruise date will be refunded in full minus a 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days/168 hours prior to the DInner With A View cruise date are not eligible for refund.

Though many seats are available within our main cabins, we do not guarantee a chair for every passenger aboard our public cruises. Guests are free to move about the cabin and decks throughout the entirety of the cruise. Call 414-276-7447 with questions or to make adjustments to your cruise reservations.
