The Classic Dinner Cruise is a popular choice to entertain business clients and special occasions. In 2009 The Edelweiss dinner cruises were voted Milwaukee's best dinner date venue. This 2 hour cruise features a 3-course menu.

Dinner salad followed by a duet of Grilled Steak and a Grilled Chicken Breast* served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Vegetables and a seasonal dessert.

*Chicken Breast is Replaced by Grilled Salmon and Oven Roasted Potatoes on Friday Nights

A cash bar is available throughout the cruise.

*The Wednesday dinner cruise starts May 12 and runs through September 15, 2010
