How to Book your Cruise

To book your reservation select the Cruise of your choice from our website and follow the onscreen instructions. If you have trouble completing you booking online you can contact ticket office at 414 276 7447.
The tickets are held in your name until departure.
Arrive at our ticket office located 205 W. Highland 15 minutes prior to departure to pick up your tickets reserved in your groups name.

Cancellation Policy

Cruises are rarely canceled due to the enclosed cabin that is both air conditioned and heated.
In the event a cruise is canceled, the customer will receive a 100% refund.

Customers have the right to cancel their reservation within 72 hours of departure and receive a full refund.

Group Ticketing

If you plan to purchase tickets with a larger group, it is recommended to reserve at least two weeks in advance.
Make a reservation for the number of passengers that will positively attend.
As more people decide to attend the cruise, tell them to book online, or call and add their names under your reservation.
It is difficult to add passengers in large numbers close to departure dates due to capacity limitations.
