About the Edelweiss
About Milwaukee River Cruise Line
Milwaukee River Cruise Line purchased the Edelweiss vessels in March 2007. Since the purchase, the owners, Robert Carr and Daniel Jorgenson, have put forth great efforts to improve the condition of the vessels and the quality of food that is offered. Due to their efforts, the Edelweiss is becoming a highly sought after brand and a first-choice when it comes to pleasure and entertainment.
See Milwaukee Landmarks
Aboard the Edelweiss passengers are able to view Milwaukee icons such as the Milwaukee Art Museum, Pier Wisconsin, Summerfest grounds, Port of Milwaukee Lighthouses as well as many historic buildings throughout the downtown area.
Private & Public Cruises
The Edelweiss cruise boats maintain a public schedule and offer an array of privately chartered cruise packages. A privately chartered cruise allows the customer to tailor the cruise and food offerings towards their specific event.
A Great Experience
The vessels have an enclosed cabin and two outside decks which are ideal for seeing the sights of Milwaukee. The enclosed cabin provides the customer with the ability to hold an event with confidence despite rainy or cold conditions. Each cabin is temperature-controlled, which allows for an operating season from April through December.
